On December 7, 2023, we had THE FAMILY ENTREPRENEURS<\/a> in the Rhine-Neckar metropolitan region to mark the end of the year. Our Federal Minister for Digital Affairs and Transport was our guest Volker Wissing<\/a> and Markus Hofmann<\/a> in the Hotel Restaurant Deidesheimer Hof<\/a>. Both inspired our members. As an introduction, I have referred to a guest commentary by our President Marie-Christine Ostermann<\/a> in the FAZ on 4.12.2023 and her LinkedIn post https:\/\/lnkd.in\/eGu-i2r6<\/a> referred to.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\n\"Germany fit for the future: What is important for digitization and infrastructure
\nnow\", the thematic focus is on infrastructure planning\/development.
\nprojects. He explained why important investments in railroads, bridge construction and road transport are important right now and gave an overview of the status quo in digitalization. He highlighted the opportunities and risks associated with artificial intelligence and explained why the optimal use of AI will only be possible if sufficient data is available. He was available to answer questions from our members for a long time after his presentation and also listened to the presentation by Markus Hofmann<\/a> on<\/p>\n

Markus Hofmann<\/a> has been one of the most remarkable memory experts in Europe for years. This year, he was inducted into the Hall of Fame of the German Speakers Association<\/a> recorded. His lecture \"Success through
\nlinked thinking\" showed how we can analyze situations much faster with a broad pool of knowledge. After his presentation, almost all of our participants were able to recite the 10 articles of our constitution.<\/p>\n

As a thank you, I was able to present Volker Wissing with the English version of my book \"Soft Skills for the Professional Services Industry: Principles, Tasks, and Tools for Success\" and Markus Hofmann with the German version \"Wertvolle Soft Skills f\u00fcr Wirtschaftspr\u00fcfer und Steuerberater: Grunds\u00e4tze, Aufgaben und Werkzeuge erfolgreicher Professionals\".<\/p>\n
